10 Year Anniversary Celebration – Block Party

On Saturday, May 18 th Adventurous Minds Produce Extraordinary Dreams (AMPED) will celebrate our 10th anniversary with a Groundbreaking/Block Party. Amped is breathing new life into the famed Hub Department store, transforming a now vacant building into the Russell Station Tech and Training Center! This three-story building will offer in-demand technology training that provides a pathway to living wage jobs for west end and other urban Louisville residents. Wrap around services like drop-in childcare, a cold cafe, financial education, supportive services and more will be offered onsite by partners including the Louisville Urban League, Metro United Way, the University of Louisville, and ElderServe.
